The Willing Loving Caring before and after school summer program aims to encourage, strengthen, build, and empower young people from ages 5 to 15 years old with essential foundational tools for growth and success in life. The program also endeavors to help parents provide a fun and enriching experience to their children, while teaching and guiding in the restoration of morals and disciplined conduct that is severely lacking in so many instances in society today.
